Bug Description

Binary package hint: onboard

The desktop entries under Applications > Universal Access > onBoard and onBoard Settings are shown in English and are not translatable.

They need to be marked as translatable, their messages extracted and merged into the main onboard.pot template and imported into Launchpad.
