Bug Description

Binary package hint: onboard

After upgrading to the Karmic beta, OnBoard appears in the Applications menu as Applications->Universal Access->Onboard and Applications->Universal Access->Onboard Settings. OnBoard doesn't justify an entirely new category in the Apps menu - if it is to appear at all it probably belongs in Accessories.

I don't think it is inappropiate placement, but i do think that it should be hidden by default
