"Send problem report to developers" window doesn't respond to Tab

Bug Description

Binary package hint: apport

It is impossible to use keyboard to navigate "Send problem report to developers" window. When it appears, the focus is on "Content of the report", and Space triggers the window with that information. However, there is no way to use keyboard to move to "Cancel" button - neither down arrow nor Tab work.

Workaround: Enter chooses "Send report", Escape chooses "Cancel". Still, unavailability of Tab makes the window un-intuitive.

Apport-gtk indeed doesn't respond to tabs, apport-kde does. (Tested in kde)
