Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
Imagine my suprise when resuming my Karmic netbook from suspend when I saw a dialogue that my computer was about suspended. This is wrong on multiple fronts:
1. I was resuming.
2. The proposed dialogue was only for the automatically suspending due to low battery situation. The battery on this system was fully charged.
It's my understanding that this patch is not maintained by Kubuntu developers so if there isn't a fix available when the beta freeze is over, I'll just drop it.

Targeting for 9.10 final as we cannot release like this (fortunately dropping the patch is a sure fix).
