says:
Network Manager (System → Administration → Network) supports Roaming mode.

The tool under System → Administration → Network is not Networkmanager, but network-admin (at least it was before it was disabled in Intrepid). As the whole section talks about Networkmanager, I suppose removing the wrong path is enough. Alternatively, it can be replaced to a sentence suggesting that running nm-applet can be turned on/off in the Session dialog.
