Was fixed in the 4.1.3 branch. Should be quite easy to backport the patch.
This should be done before release.

This bug was fixed in the package kdebase-workspace - 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu7

---------------
kdebase-workspace (4:4.1.2-0ubuntu7) intrepid; urgency=low

  [ Roderick B. Greening ]
  * Reverted kubuntu_17_kwin_branch.diff
    - remove references from kde-window-manager.install
  * Remove tooltip window preview from kubuntu_17_kwin_branch.diff
    - and add to kubuntu_20_plasma_tooltips.diff

  [ Harald Sitter ]
  * Add kubuntu_900_fix_klipper_crash.diff from upstream SVN (LP: #278482)
  * KDM should prefer user image resources (default would only
    use images defined by the administrator) (LP: #280746)

Klipper 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu2 in Kubuntu Jaunty crashes in the following situation:
1. Open kate
2. Type http://www.google.com/
3. Select the URL, press ctrl+c
4. Select don't show this anymore in the popup box
The bad thing is that I don't want Klipper to show this dialog box at all, but I can't turn it off, because of this crash.
