Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Version: update-manager-0.93.16

Update manager says hours instead of hour: "The package information was last updated 1 hours ago."

The error is caused by the use of the ago_days variable, when it should use ago_hours in the ngettext function, in UpdateManager.py
