This document contains additional errors on the second page:

* "productivity tools for word procession" -> "productivity tools for word processing"
* "As well as trouble-free web surfing." is a fragment, should be attached to previous sentence.

The document could probably use a bit of copy-editing for a more professional presentation.

I don't have the expensive proprietary software the PDF was created in, and the PDFedit software that comes with Ubuntu crashes when it tries to open it. :)

There is no copyright information for these case study files, either. Who created them in Adobe InDesign? There is no author metadata in the files, either. "Gemma Cox" is listed in the Skegness and KRUU files, but that is not the same style or program.
