All pdfs now open in a variety of editors correctly rather than crashing them. Addressed a number of spelling and grammar errors mentioned on Launchpad. Also, there were three different footers used in the case files, one of which looked very much like an out of date version of another, so 'updated' that as well. An image of the Ubuntu desktop was brought up to date (previous image was very old). In reviewing all the content for minor errors, added some logos to oo-derivatives.doc to represent the mentioned distributions, and bring some balance to the overall page.
There were some mentions from discussion on the bug page that the text of the pdfs looks slightly sharper, and the gamma of the images adjusted. These were not intentional, but I don't think it is very easy to tell it changed unless you were looking for it. Further, while the patch posted in the bug forum was a bit of "trial by fire", this branch represents all of the necessary changes to make the files open properly having been made with the least amount of tinkering or necessary work, so this is not just a branch including patches previously submitted.
