Bug Description

When removing maas packages (even with --purge), lockfiles in /run/lock are not removed.

This might cause issues if maas is later reinstalled, as uid/gid for the "maas" user might differ, which leads to maas not being able to remove and re-create those files.

The maas-common package should remove those on purge.
