Bug Description

On focal, the string "Canonical Livepatch has experienced an internal error. Please refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Livepatch#CommonIssues for further information." is not translated in french whereas the string is translated in https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/focal/+source/software-properties/+pots/software-properties/fr/129

I have this problem when my pc is behind a proxy. It seems that Proxys are not supported...
