Add xen netboot support

the ONLY change required to fix this bug is to add two files that you already have to the initrd for the installer (one file if you include xen-blkfront in the installer disk modules package), xen-netfront.ko for the network interface. the installer works completely except that someone forgot to include those two drivers because they didn't realize it would work completely.

same story for ubuntu 10.04, I was hoping I wouldn't have to go hit people over the head with it though.

These changes would need to be made in the kernel packaging. (I thought there was already a bug for this, but if there is then it hasn't been dealt with.)

This bug was fixed in the package linux - 2.6.32-20.29
