Bug Description

setup_private_mount() in main.c of ubuntu-core-launcher is explicitly setting SNAPP_APP_TMPDIR, which was fine for 15.04 but should be removed in 16.04.

I committed this to trunk and queued it for the next upload (I did not upload to xenial since this is going through MIR process).
