"Settings > Clear Cache" doesn’t actually clear the cache

Bug Description

Oxide 1.7 switched to the simple cache backend for its network cache (see bug #1430349). Since then the "Clear Cache" functionality in the privacy settings screen doesn’t work any longer, as it’s trying to delete the wrong set of files in the wrong directory.
