Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.10 r203

0. If necessary, move somewhere that multiple Wi-Fi networks can be detected.
1. Navigate to System Settings > "Wi-Fi".
2. Open the network indicator, and close it again.

What you see:
* Each network is presented differently in System Settings compared to the indicator menu.
* In particular, in System Settings you can't see the signal strength or whether the network is encrypted.

What you should see: "Wherever networks are listed, except where otherwise specified: * Each network’s visible label should consist of its signal strength icon, then its network type icon, then its network name (ellipsized in the middle if necessary), and at the trailing end of the space available, its network authentication icon." <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking#wi-fi-network>

Not the bug report mind you, but it seems this was just some leftover code accidentally causing this symptom.
