Binary package hint: network-manager-gnome

Choosing Configure VPN in nm-applet does nothing.

/usr/lib/network-manager/nm-vpn-properties exists and I can run it by hand.

  * add 04_nm-vpn-properties_path again, nm-vpn-properties has been moved
    back again. LP: #127844
