Bug Description

[Impact]
Unable to sync tools for trusty series.

[Test Case]
(openstack/ec2/maas provider)
juju sync-tools --all

[Regression Potential]
Limited to sync tools and very minimal change.

[Original Bug Report]
While testing the release scripts which need updating to support trusty, a deeper error was seen:
    juju sync-tools --all --dev \
        --source=/new-tools/tools --destination=/new-tools/juju-dist
    ERROR invalid series "trusty"

seriesVersions defined in environs/simplestreams.go does not know about trusty.

Martin pointed out that /usr/share/distro-info/ubuntu.csv doen't yet know about trusty, which is a contributing reason to the failure. ubuntu.csv has an SRUed update that will arrive soon. The testsuite will fail when host machine gets the update. We can expect rolling test failures because TestSupportedSeries assumes it knows the series in ubuntu.csv.

Matt, what version of the juju client are you running ? juju version
will tell you. I think you are using 1.16.0, you should use a newer
version.

Accepted juju-core into saucy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/juju-core/1.16.3-0ubuntu0.13.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
