Bug Description

Steps:
1. Start the click updater app
2. After it opens watch the progress spinner
3. The app disappears

It's not leaving a crash file, so I can't tell what is specifically happening

I get two different results.

On my main "daily driver" phone which has a lot of click packages installed I see the same behaviour as Rick.

On another phone which was freshly flashed I get a "No updates found" message (see screenshot).

Thanks for the report, I'm installing lots of apps right now in the device to start debugging this.

The problem was when trying to create several instances of:

debVersioningSystem debVersion;

from the apt-pkg lib to make the version comparison.

Applying the proper fix right now.
