In addition to not starting, it freezes the entire browser. Back button does not work, clicking things does not work, even typing a new address does not work. It's just stuck.

Here's what I did after a fresh install

- go to youtube.com/html5
- opt in to html5
- find some video
- click it
- page comes up, video loader spinner spins, nothing happens

Some HTML5 based videos are supported, but a few issues atm:
* Unable to get HTML5 based videos when using the mobile interface
* Missing proper UA and device id (you can easily get 'your device is not supported') when trying to play html5 videos using the desktop version

We need to tackle this is multiple phases:
1) get fullscreen youtube video playback working on the device using software rendering
2) hook up to media-hub to get hw decoding

For 1), we need support for fullscreen windows on the device

The fullscreen API support exists in Oxide already. The media-hub bits are tracked in other bugs

On mobile, it appears the default UA string gets in the way of serving the actual video (which results in nothing happening when clicking on the video to play it).

Simply adding a semi-colon after the "Ubuntu 14.04 like Android 4.4" token (and before the closing parenthesis, where the device ID would be) gets us the right content. The video plays on devices, however it’s not fullscreen.
