checkbox crashes when trying to send bug report

When checkbox is started from the commandline, and this problem occurs, one can end checkbox by ctrl+c.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

The apport_prompt plugin is being removed via merge: https://code.launchpad.net/~cr3/checkbox/1047857/+merge/126709, so marking this bug as won't fix.

scratch that. Marking as fix commited.
