Bug Description

Hi,

the attached patch add the support for some new devices to Precise's libmtp 1.1.3
Plus it fixes the device flags for a small number of Android devices.

[Impact]
Users owning such devices cannot currently transfer files to their players since they are not recognized by libmtp's current stable release (1.1.3)

[Test case]
1. Pick one of the listed device and plug it
2. Launch gmtp, rhythmbox, whatever
3. Unable to read/write files as the device is not managed

[Regression Potential]
Regressions are unlikely, the Android devices touched by the patch currently don't work.

The upload that fixes this bug in precise-proposed has no Launchpad-Bugs-Fixed in the header, subsequently the Launchpad janitor will not autoclose the bug report and it is a wee bit more work to approve the SRU. Could you please reupload the package and ensure that the Launchpad-Bugs-Fixed header is added? Thanks in advance.

Hello Alessio, or anyone else affected,

Accepted libmtp into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libmtp/1.1.3-1ubuntu0.1 in a few hours and then in the -proposed repository. Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you please change the bug tag from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not, change the tag to verification-failed. In either case details of your testing will help us make a better decision. Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance!
