Code review comment for lp:~agronick/vocal/vocal

Turns out redirects were not the issue with the original bug. The timeouts were too small. Removed redirect handling code. Kept code preventing segmentation faults. CMakeLists.txt can be kept in it's original state but we probably want to remove the -g option for release builds. The first fix is in Player.vala and the second one is in Episode.vala.
