Bug Description

Running Ubuntu Gutsy with Compiz
When trying to get rid of the text above the icons in AWN by setting all the opacity slides to 0, I noticed the text slide doesn't influence the actual text's opacity.

Due to the limitations of the pango text attribute markup language (pango being the text layout library Awn uses, and the markup language being the method that Awn uses to format the icon tooltips), the opacity of the tooltip text cannot be changed. I'll look into removing the opacity option from that color chooser dialog.
