Add kubuntu_01_kdewallpapers_install.diff, which adds a button to the
Plasma wallpaper config to easily install the kdewallpapers package.
The button is only displayed if the package is not installed *and*
qapt-batch is available.

  * Rip out the rest of the duplicated files left in kdm.install on the last
    merge (../themes/oxygen-air and ./themes/oxygen) since they are also
    properly in kdebase-workspace-wallpapers (LP: #673611)

kdebase-workspace (4:4.5.3-0ubuntu2) natty; urgency=low

  * Drop circles theme from debian/kdm.install and leave it in only
    kdebase-workspace-wallpapers where we want it for Kubuntu (LP: #672618)
    - Add replaces for smooth upgrades for users that experienced this bug
  * Bump kdebase-workspace-bin.install replaces kde-window-manager version to
    4:4.5.3-0ubuntu2~ (LP: #672620)
