Code review comment for ~ya-bo-ng/maas:dashboard-page

Generally looking good but there are 3 styling issues (Ubuntu/Chrome):

1) The sticky table heading should be under the other sticky heading and should have a white background so that it covers the page content scrolling below.

2) "Open" in the buttons is being wrapped at 2 characters

3) In an opened row, the vertical spacing between the form elements in the bottom section is too close - they're touching.
