Code review comment for lp:~xubuntu-dev/debian-cd/xubuntu-base

Unfortunately this branch has not been reviewed, appears to have bit rotted with respect to debian-cd (referencing bionic and cosmic tools directories), and the bzr repository it is targeting is moving to git. This will need to be updated and resubmitted.
