Merge lp:~wxl/ubuntu-manual-tests/lxde into lp:ubuntu-manual-tests

Taking a hint from Xfce, made a separate LXDE folder and moved all the appropriate testcases. Like Xfce, it does not include the terminal but does include a flavor-specific testcase.
