Code review comment for lp:~widelands-dev/widelands/fh1-documentation

I have now rewritten the main article and added a table of contents to it. I have also hooked up the attributes documentation for 2 tags. Before I continue with those, what do you think?

I also think that I should reorganize the richtext.lua script so that we can divide the documentation into logical sections for easier reading.
