Description of the change

I noticed https://bugs.debian.org/982226 has been filed by the Debian cdrkit maintainer asking for removal of cdrkit it favor of xorriso, and also noticed that it's in main because it's seeded in desktop-common. Rather than replacing genisoimage with xorriso, I think we should simply drop it as obsolete.

Yes, removing it makes sense. It was used on the desktop itself when be installed brasero by default but CD recording is not really a common thing anymore and we demoted most of that stack in xenial.
