Merge lp:~vibhavp/ubuntu/raring/anthy/fix-component-mismatch into lp:ubuntu/raring/anthy

This merge fixes a component mismatch in anthy (main) , which recommends kasumi (universe).

I have removed kasumi from Recommends and added it to Suggests.
