Fix LP: #1526658 and LP: #1527449, harder!
Coerce dpkg to remove broken packages during upgrade. This provides a
retrospective fix for the present moment where the older packages being
superseded don't yet contain the leak fixes for those bugs.
This should solve most cases of Unity8 failing to start (black
screen).
