uaudit: only skip files in the real /usr for coverity output

Skip paths from the host /usr not all paths with /usr in them.

umt qrt: Install the binaries instead of checking for it

For my specific test I need to validate an older version (private ppa,
long history) and the upgrade command superseded it with the latest one.

Also, this will install all testing binaries. It's a plus.
