Merge lp:~ubuntu-mate-dev/compiz/ubuntu-mate-wallpaper-common into lp:compiz/0.9.12

Fix compiz-mate Recommends: use ubuntu-mate-wallpapers-common.

The compiz-mate package incorrectly Recommends ubuntu-mate-wallpapers-utopic, when it should in fact Recommend ubuntu-mate-wallpapers-common. This simple merge proposal corrects that.
