* Merge from Debian Unstable (LP: #389574), remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - debian/python-cairo-dbg.install:
    - Use *-packages
* debian/control:
  - Add BZR link
* New upstream release

  - Bumped standards version to 3.8.2, no changes necessary.
  - Added build-dependency on python-sphinx.
  - Added dependency on libjs-jquery.
