OK no, try mounting the thing in /home/ubuntu/appstream/ instead

Set the ubuntu user's homedir to /srv/appstream

Then plugging the home interface in the asgen snap ought to allow me to
access it.

Actually the appstream user now isn't needed at all, so delete it.

Drop the old appstream-dep11 charm

It's never going to be used again

config-changed: Don't fail if ~/update-appstream.sh doesn't exist
