* Removed reference to APTonCD from managing-applications.xml since LP Bug 1175458 shows it is, as of 13.04, depending upon HAL of all things yet in LP Bug 1221254 Martin Pitt is coordinating the drive to purge any vestiges of HAL that remain in Ubuntu
