inconsistent use of Parole Media Player

Bug Description

On desktop-guide/C/media-apps.xml, the media player is introduced as Parole Media Player but in subsequent references to it is simply called Parole. When the application is opened, Parole Media Player is displayed, but on the developer site it is referred to only as Parole. I think there should be consistency in how applications are referenced.

I've renamed all occurences of only "Parole" to "Parole Media Player" in the attached patch.

Previous patch by H-christof deleted since re-writes to much of the text over time have degraded the validity of the patch. Will be pursuing the patch to improve consistency while also adding in increased mentions of Abiword and Gnumeric as per IRC conversations with knome.
