"This fixes some annoying little ospfd and ospf6d regressions, which made
0.99.14 a bit of a problem release (...) This release still contains a
regression in the "no ip address ..." command, at least on Linux.
See bug #486, which contains a workaround patch. This release should be

as possible."

- debian/quagga. prerm: handle upgrades more gracefully
- debian/patches/ 20_bgp- md5.dpatch: update md5 patch using a recent
version posted to quagga-dev mailing list.
Dropped 15_ht-bgp-md5__configure. dpatch,
20_ht-20061217- 0.99.6- bgp-md5. dpatch as both are integrated in
the updated md5 patch.

zebra/rt_netlink. c: #include <linux/if_addr.h> and define IF[L]A_RTA
macros, so that the file compiles again with our kernel headers.
