Enabled unredirecting fullscreen windows by default via a distro override. This could be uploaded to the raring while the upstream might make the same default in 0.9.9.

Needs fixing: There's no reason for this to be a gsettings override. We want this for Ubuntu and upstream I think, so the change should be in plugins/composite/composite.xml.in

Resubmit: Packaging has merged with lp:compiz so all proposals should go there.
