Reverting the merge of branch "missing-context" (revno: 298) since it
breaks 50+ tests that do not utilise MessageExchange.handle_ message( )
but do generate response messages.Not using MessageExchange
.handle_ message( ) prevents the recording of a
message context for the request message. When the tests in question then
send a response message the latter is discarded due to the missing
