Fix for long immediate bug:
- If long immediate template consisted of multiple slots, long immediate
  encoded instruction references were updated incorrectly to the
  instruction bit image during the image creation.

Removed the old OpenCL support stuff. pocl-based one has been used

lwpr_print_hex:
- now supports negative numbers as well
- conversion string is no longer a constant array but it is generated
  on the fly (does not require memory initialization anymore)
