Code review comment for lp:~tapaal-contributor/tapaal/load-and-save-time-and-game-net-properties

The saving and loading should work now.
CTL queries are only available when the net is untimed.
Dialog message is changed to be more readable, as well as the text in the toolbar.
Made the lens information as a tag to the entire net instead of for each tapn.
