Improve the help context
- we can use the old syntax, and a new one
- use {MODEL} and {LANG} which substitute when ask help context.
- the multi-language on wiki syntax are
 * /en_US/product.product
 * /fr_FR/product.product.

Old URL syntax enable by default.
