sync, meph2-util : insert rather than append to sys.path in the event of failed import, we add our top level path to
the first entry in sys.path.the end result is that we can put other libraries in that top dir
and get use of them also.ie:
bzr branch lp:simplestreams simplestreams.trunk
ln -s simplestreams.trunk/simplestr eams . and then you get the new simplestreams also.
