conf/meph-v3.yaml: fix formatting for easier reading

The long vertical sections are hard to read and see what
is happening among a change.

conf/ add vi info showing yaml and nowrap

This just sets syntax highlightin explicitly to yaml and also sets nowrap,
which is useful for viewing the long lines in meph-v2.yaml and meph-v3.yaml.

Add support for the new kernel naming scheme.

Since the new kernel formats are only supported in the V3 stream and the V2
stream must continue to use the old names this is implemented by creating a
new config file, conf/meph-v3.yaml. This also removes the --squashfs flag and
creates a squashfs config option.

Try to use backports.lzma if lzma module isn't importable

Python 3.2 (i.e. the Python in precise) doesn't have lzma in the stdlib, so
this is required for the command to function on such systems.

Add --squashfs flag to meph2-cloudimg-sync

meph2-cloudimg-sync now downloads SquashFS images if available from the upstream source. If the --squashfs flag is used meph2-cloudimg-sync will publish the unmodified SquashFS images where available. The --squashfs flag also disables generating the di-kernel and di-initrd.
