remove a warning that is no longer relevant.

If you ran this on precise, you'd get a warning.
The warning was also shown on bionic due to the way it compared.

Since it was only intended to show on releases older than trusty
and there are no supported releases older than trusty... it should
be safe to remove.

This just updates conf/ to know about Bionic.
The meph2/ubuntu_info.py change is not really necessary.

maas-cloudimg2eph2: repack squash if additional archives are used.

If --proposed or M2E_ADD_REPOS or M2E_ADD_PACKAGES are set, then that
means we should re-pack squashfs.

This check is not perfect at all, as other things might cause that, but
it is required to get a new squashfs created for the path already in
existance.

This just documents functionality that was previously exposed.
The usage of PPA is specifically nice for testing things.

Add support to CentOS 6 and 7 for network config and cloudconfig.

This adds the ability for the CentOS curthooks to make use of
the 'centos_apply_network_config' function of new curtin version.

Also adds the ability to handle 'cloudconfig' entries in curtin config
dictionary. It does this by utilizing 'write_files' from curtin.futil.

It also adds a short term legacy-curtin fallback for older curtin
import paths.

If the SquashFS config option is set convert root-image.gz to a SquashFS image.

When the SquashFS config option is set and upstream is only providing a
root-image.gz convert the root-image.gz into a SquashFS image. Both images
are included in the stream however MAAS will only use the SquashFS image.
