jersey-multipart.jar provides the packages com.sun.jersey.multipart[…] which are *NOT* part of jersey-bundle.jar. However, if they are not needed, the package can be removed, too. There are no references to these packages in the code itself; and I don’t see any need for the support of MIME MultiPart Message Formats at the moment, either.
