Added some of new options that makes it function more like Win7 taskbar. List of changes:
- Added option to close popup window only when any mouse button is clicked instead of closing as soon as mouse gets out of focus. In case when popup gets opened by hovering mouse over group button (using timeout delay) then popup closes when mouse moves out of focus and stays there for more then a second or two.
- Added ability to open popup by delay faster then usual when one popup window has already been opened by delay. New delay value can be set in settings. This only works when upper functionality (closing popup by mouse click instead of out of focus) is enabled.
- Added option to disable window popup by delay if group button action gets executed and mouse stays in focus of group button. Delay popup is then disabled until mouse leaves focus of clicked group button.
- Added option to close popup window when group button action by (shift +) left mouse click is executed. This of course is ignored when "show popup" action is executed.
- Added ability to close popup window when any window button action is executed. Each mouse event can be controlled separately in settings.
- Added mouse_button_down event for themes.

- Some asian languages dont the window title trunkated after 40 letters in the window list (when not using previews). This is a small commit that don't fix the bug but makes sure that those untrunkated titles at least get the correct colors and attributes for the whole title and not just for the first fifty letters.
