Saviq, I think you should consider modifying this branch to add back the qml-module-ubuntu-web Build-Depends and we should then land it.

The other changes here *fix arm64* to use GLES.

And we have existing arm64 builds (xenial in the overlay) and potential arm64 builds (the second webbrowser-app gets built for arm64, yakkety and the overlay will finally build unity8/arm64 -- automatically).

So for their sake, we should make sure that we are *ready* to be built for arm64.

And then later, once we know webbrowser-app is built for arm64, we can do the cleanup of removing the unneeded Build-Depend.
