In the assembly of the RHS terms for k and eps, grad u is required. Previously the calculation of grad u was only possible for CG fields. Sam Parkinson recently added some functions to Field_Derivativ
es.F90 that enable the calculation of DG vector and scalar field gradients across an element. I have edited k_epsilon.F90 to take advantage of these new functions, so that k-eps is possible with a DG velocity. I have included an MMS test (mms_rans_
p1dgp2_ keps) that checks for spatial convergence (and passes).
